The Customer is responsible for any customs/ duty fee or import taxes that may apply. Bambika is not responsible for delays due to customs.
But please allow at least 16 business days within Canada (30 for international buyers) before contacting me if your purchase has not yet arrived.
Shipping delays can happen (e.g. due to covid, customs, mis-routing). Although it is not ideal it does sometimes happen through no fault of mine or yours.
If you choose the untracked lettermail option, Bambika IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders. We recommend choosing a shipping option that includes a tracking number. Bambika will not replace lost or stolen orders. Please ensure that your shipping and contact information is correct when placing your order. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
